Reebok International Ltd. (Reebok) appeals the December 29, 1993 order issued by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts denying Reebok's motion for a preliminary injunction. Because the district court did not clearly err in finding that Reebok will not suffer irreparable harm due to the denial and did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion, we affirm.
