This case addresses a challenge by plaintiffs-appellants to the district court's dismissal of all claims against defendants-appellees for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We agree with the district court that diversity was lacking in this case. We find, however, that the district court had the power, under 28 U.S.C. § 1367(a), to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state-law claims against appellees, despite the dismissal of...
