Defendant, Crown Controls Corporation (Crown), appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Kevin Hopper. In this product liability suit, the trial court found that the harm was caused by the condition of the product, a model 45RR narrow aisle stand-up rider forklift manufactured by Crown, and that the condition of the forklift, the absence of a door to cover the opening at the rear of the forklift, was unreasonably dangerous to normal...
