Kelly ("Plaintiff") believes that the Defendants in this cause violated his constitutional rights by discharging him from his employment as a bailiff in the court of Judge Wendell Mayer of the Municipal Court of Marion County and by allegedly maintaining a work environment that was hostile to blacks and Christians.
