PER CURIAM:
Appellant, a state prison inmate, filed a civil rights complaint alleging an unconstitutional deprivation of his right to meaningful access to the courts. We must decide whether we have jurisdiction over Appellant's appeal and whether the district court abused its discretion in denying Appellant's several motions.
