This is an appeal by the two appellants from convictions arising out of the death by shooting of Jessie Williams. Kenneth Anthony Banks appeals the judgments of conviction for first degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm and the accompanying sentences of 30 years and 6 years, to be served consecutively.
