The relationship between Lawrence Keen, age 28, and Elizabeth Keen, age 27, was turbulent throughout the pendency of this divorce proceeding, and, for that reason, the trial court appointed a Guardian Ad Litem to represent the interests of their three-month old child, Alexis. Thereafter, the parents submitted an agreement to the trial court that gave Elizabeth custody of Alexis and Lawrence reasonable visitation. They also included a "child care" agreement...
