Plaintiffs, Charles R. Tessier, Jr., Patrick Tessier, and Charles Tessier, filed suit against Medical Center of Baton Rouge, Inc. (Medical Center), seeking a right of passage across the defendant's land, specifically the right to use "Medical Center Drive."
