This is a wrongful death and survival action filed by the children of Bernice McDuff. The plaintiffs are Betty Ann McDuff McCartney, James P. McDuff, Madge Drew McDuff James, Merle McDuff Simon and Peggy McDuff Smith. The defendants are the Columbia Heights Nursing Home and its insurer, Old Republic Insurance Company.
