The Sierra Club brought suit against the United States Forest Service ("Forest Service") for alleged violations of the National Forest Management Act, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1600 et seq. ("NFMA"), in the Forest Service's management of the Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming.
