CIUROS v. STATE

No. 93-01647.

641 So.2d 912 (1994)

Mark N. CIUROS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

Rehearing Denied August 29, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bruce J. Kessler of Martinez & Kessler, Tampa, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and William I. Munsey, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Mark N. Ciuros appeals various convictions stemming from a shooting incident in a bar which involved his estranged wife and others. He also appeals the departure sentence he received and the restitution ordered for injuries to one of the victims. We find no reversible error in the issues raised which deal with the convictions. Accordingly, we affirm all his convictions. We do, however, find sentencing error and reverse for resentencing.
