MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Robyn A. Todd and an accomplice, Joseph Harvey, robbed the Hub Bar in Anchorage. They forced their way into the office at gun-point and threatened the owner, Lloyd Dahl, and two employees, Nancy Jourdan and George Gillis. Todd led Gillis to another area of the bar, while Harvey stayed with Dahl in the office. Harvey directed Dahl to give him the bar's cash receipts. When Dahl resisted, he was shot and killed.
