Ralph Harbold was indicted for murder on April 4, 1981. After a jury trial defendant was convicted and sentenced to 75 years' imprisonment. The appellate court reversed the conviction and remanded the case for a new trial. 124 Ill.App.3d 363, 79 Ill.Dec. 830, 464 N.E.2d 734. Defendant was retried by jury, and was found guilty again.
