The plaintiff, Doreen McCann, appeals from a final summary judgement entered in favor of SeaEscape Limited, Inc. [SeaEscape]. We affirm.

Ms. McCann filed a complaint seeking damages for injuries suffered while a passenger aboard a vessel operated by SeaEscape.
