Plaintiffs appeal from an adverse judgment in this action which seeks a declaration of invalidity of liens impressed upon plaintiffs' properties. The plaintiffs are the owners of five of the two hundred and twenty-six single family residences in the Quiet Village Subdivision. Defendants are trustees of the subdivision and City and Village Tax Office, a corporation which provides bookkeeping and document processing functions for various homeowners...
