This matter is before the court on cross motions for summary judgment. This is an underinsured (UIM) insurance motorist case based on South Carolina law. The issue presented is whether the Defendant, State Farm, complied with South Carolina law and made a meaningful offer of UIM to the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs allege that the offer was defective and ask the court to reform three State Farm policies to provide UIM coverage...
