Frenchie and Hazel Riley's home was destroyed by fire on June 9, 1992. The Silvey Companies had issued a homeowners' policy to Frenchie Riley that covered loss by fire in the amounts of $45,000.00 for the dwelling and $22,500.00 for the contents and personal property.
