Appellant-respondent John Holiday appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to vacate a contempt finding and child support order.

We reverse.

The facts most favorable to the judgment are that on January 10, 1992, Dale Holiday petitioned to dissolve her marriage from John. A decree of dissolution was entered on July 31, 1992 in Marion County, Indiana. John was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $25.00 per week...
