RULING ON MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL

DALY, District Judge.

Following a three-day trial of this diversity action the jury determined that the defendant Thom Serrani ("Serrani" or "Mayor"), the former Mayor of Stamford, Connecticut, was liable for invading the privacy of the plaintiff Frederic Sargeant ("Sargeant"). The jury awarded Sargeant $20,000 in damages. Serrani now moves for a new trial, asserting that the Court committed error in its evidentiary rulings...
