We are called upon to review the rulings of the circuit court and the Court of Appeals with respect to three admissions made or obtained by means of CR 36. This is a medical negligence case and in the trial court, pursuant to a jury verdict, judgment was rendered for the appellee physicians. The Court of Appeals affirmed.
