From a stipulation in this case, we know the appellant was arrested for DWI on March 4, 1991; that he appeared in municipal court and entered a plea of guilty to the charge on March 19, 1991; and that he was sentenced on April 29, 1991, to pay a fine of $300 plus costs of $319 by installments of $100 per month, the first payment being due May 17, 1991. We also know that the appellant failed to pay any part of the sum due.
