Appellant, Colonial Acquisitions, Inc., timely appeals from a final judgment in favor of Neva Titus, Gordon Titus, Bebe Bates, and JAB/SLW Holding, Inc. finding that appellees were entitled to an easement for ingress and egress over appellant's property. We reverse.
