BRECKENRIDGE, Judge.

Kevin Roberts appeals from his conviction for delivery of a controlled substance, § 195.211, RSMo Cum.Supp.1993, and from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. In his direct appeal, Mr. Roberts alleges that the trial court erred in: (1) overruling his motion for a new trial because of prosecutorial misconduct with regard to alleged misrepresentation of material facts to the jury in the prosecutor's closing argument...
