Plaintiff Eddy Jean Philippeaux brings this action in response to North Central Bronx Hospital's ("Bronx Hospital") failure to hire him as a Senior Storekeeper. In his complaint and amended complaint, plaintiff alleges that, in failing to hire him, Bronx Hospital discriminated against him based on his race, national origin and age, and failed to give him preference as a veteran of the armed forces in violation...
