The United States Court of International Trade affirmed the International Trade Administration's (ITA) imposition of dumping duties on tapered roller bearings four inches or less in diameter (TRBs) imported by NSK, Limited (NSK) from April 1, 1974 through July 31, 1980, and by Koyo Seiko Company, Limited (Koyo Seiko) from April 1, 1974 through March 31, 1979 (1974-80 entries, collectively).
