This direct criminal appeal returns us to a well-traveled road: the constitutionality of a roving border patrol stop on New Mexico's Highway 185. The Defendant-Appellant, Roberto Lopez-Martinez ("Lopez-Martinez"), appeals from the district court's denial of his suppression motion.
