Pamela F. Skokos seeks a writ of certiorari to disqualify the respondent, Chancellor Alice S. Gray, from presiding in divorce proceedings instituted by Ms. Skokos. Judge Gray denied three motions by Ms. Skokos that she recuse. We deny the writ because the decision by a judge whether or not to recuse lies within the judge's discretion, and certiorari does not lie to control a judge's discretion.
