YAÑEZ, Justice.

Rosedale Partners and Michael and Patricia Walters appeal the denial of their motions for summary judgment and the granting of summary judgment in favor of the Resolution Trust Corporation whereby the court determined that the RTC's nonjudicial foreclosure on a piece of property was valid. The court also issued a permanent injunction ordering that Rosedale refrain from any interference with the RTC's attempts to sell the property...
