This appeal arises from a February 21, 1992, order of the Walthall County Circuit Court affirming the findings of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission that Ralph Barnes sustained a fifty percent loss of wage-earning capacity. Barnes contends that the Commission improperly penalized him because he had a high school education, and that he should have been found totally disabled.
