After a Superior Court jury stated that it had reached verdicts, the session clerk read to the jurors the indictments charging the defendant with possession of burglarious instruments (G.L.c. 266, § 49) and attempted breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony (G.L.c. 274, § 6).
