Rickey Bernard Roberts ("Roberts"), a Florida prison inmate convicted in 1985 of first-degree murder, armed sexual battery, and armed kidnapping, appeals the district court's judgment denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
