Plaintiffs W.E. Erickson Construction, INC., Elmhurst National Bank, and Wilbert E. Erickson, (hereafter, Erickson) appeal a summary judgment for defendant Chicago Title Insurance Company (Chicago Title) on Erickson's complaint for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
