Claimant Arlis Reeverts sustained a work-related injury to her back on March 16, 1984, which resulted in substantial permanent physical impairment. Reeverts' employer, Sears, Roebuck & Company, paid her an indemnity benefit based on her impairment rating, but no other partial disability benefits for this work-related injury were paid.
