OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

This appeal is from a final decree of divorce establishing conservatorship of a minor child. Appellant, Nancy B. Henning ("Nancy"), contends she is entitled to a new trial because she is unable to obtain a complete statement of facts from the trial. She also asserts she has been deprived of due process and equal protection rights. We affirm.
