Kline A. Gowen was convicted after a jury trial of one count of aggravated sexual assault, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(a)(1), and two counts of sexual assault, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2242(1). He was sentenced to a concurrent sentence of 120 months on each count and five years of supervised release.
