Plaintiff, Rosa Pineda, appeals a judgment dismissing her petition for an accounting and for monetary damages filed against the defendants, Frederick A. Ruppel, III, and Myriam H. Ruppel. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
