J. Cesar Delecerda Ojeda (Ojeda) appeals from the district court's1 entry of judgment, following a jury verdict finding him guilty of possession with an intent to distribute methamphetamine. Ojeda asserts the district court erred when it denied his motion for judgment of acquittal.
