Philip and Jacqueline Ryan appeal from a judgment establishing the northern and eastern boundaries of their property and awarding damages to Dorothy Dillingham after a bench trial in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.). The Ryans contend that the trial court erred in determining the eastern boundary of their property and in awarding damages to Dillingham based on an unapportioned amount.
