Joseph Paul Bagwell ("Bagwell") appeals from the sentence imposed following his plea of guilty to one count of possessing with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and one count of assaulting a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111. Bagwell maintains that the district court improperly applied a number of enhancements in sentencing him to two, concurrent twenty-one month terms of incarceration...
