Plaintiffs, the heirs of the late Frances Dufour, appeal from the trial court's judgment granting an exception of no cause of action as to plaintiffs and an exception of no right of action as to Kathleen Dufour, the wife of a plaintiff. We find that plaintiffs have stated a cause of action for mental distress related to the disposition of the remains of the deceased and that plaintiff, Kathleen Dufour, has a right of action for loss of consortium...
