("Hood Chevrolet"), petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Honorable Charles Price, judge of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, to dismiss this action without prejudice pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens codified at § 6-5-430, Ala.Code 1975.
