STATON, Presiding Judge.
Dr. Howard Weinberg ("Dr. Weinberg") appeals the trial court's interlocutory order denying his motion for summary judgment. He raises the sole (restated) issue of whether Sherly Bess' action against him is barred by the statute of limitations.
We reverse and remand.
