In September 1991, the trial court entered a default judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties, respondent, Terri Teressa Jackson, and petitioner, Ricky Wayne Jackson, Sr. In October 1991, respondent filed a motion to vacate the judgment of dissolution as to all issues except grounds.
