This case involves claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against prosecutors and other public officials. Chief United States Magistrate Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald, by Report and Recommendation dated May 5, 1992, recommended that motions for summary judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 filed by two defendants, John Moscow and Beth Jacob, be granted and the claims against them dismissed.
