The plaintiff, William Waites, sued The University of Alabama Health Services Foundation; Griffith R. Harsh III, M.D.; Richard Naftalis, M.D.; and Mark J. Cuffe, M.D., alleging medical malpractice in the defendants' care and treatment of the plaintiff.1 The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of the defendants, and Waites appeals.
