NATURE OF THE CASE

This is an appeal of a turnover order issued by the trial court to enforce a judgment of arrears in alimony payments. In five points of error, Appellant Paul Bergman asserts that the order is invalid in that it orders the turnover of proceeds from Appellant's retirement benefits, which are exempt under Texas law.
