Victor G. Lane ("father") seeks to1 register and have enforced a Texas order granting him temporary custody of Victor A. Lane and George J. Lane, children born of the marriage of father and Cynthia B. Lane ("mother"). Mother opposes registration of the Texas order on jurisdictional grounds.
