A jury found appellant Green guilty of conspiracy to obstruct justice (D.C.Code §§ 22-105(a), -722(a)(2) (1982)), two counts of obstruction of justice (id., § 22-722(a)(2)) and one count of felony threats (id., § 22-2307).
