An indictment charged that appellant, Lawrence Lee Brown a/k/a Lawrence Lee Thomas, intentionally and knowingly entered a habitation, by intruding his body into the habitation, without the effective consent of C.F., the owner, and therein attempted to commit and committed the felony offense of sexual assault. A jury found him guilty of the offense of burglary of a habitation as alleged in the indictment and assessed punishment...
