OPINION ON REMAND

ROBERTSON, Justice.

This appeal is from a summary judgment based on limitations in favor of appellees, Monsanto Company ("Monsanto"), Armco, Inc. and Armco Steel Company (together "Armco"), and Turner, Collie & Braden, Inc. ("TCB"). In the original appeal, based on the first point of error concerning the interpretation of section 16.061 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, this court reversed and remanded.
